SFJAZZ opens December by inviting audiences into Miner Auditorium for an intimate Listening Party with Ms. Lisa Fischer and SFJAZZ CEO Gabrielle Armand. The two-time GRAMMY-winning vocalist will share favorite recordings, play unreleased material, and reflect on stories from her decades on the road with the Rolling Stones, Luther Vandross, and many others.

Framed as a relaxed onstage conversation rather than a formal performance, the evening gives fans a chance to hear how Fischer listens, how she prepares for a run of shows, and what continues to inspire her as she looks ahead to her upcoming Philadelphia soul–themed concerts at SFJAZZ. A post-event reception keeps the conversation going in the lobby.
